Senior Project Architect
We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Architect specializing in multifamily housing projects!
As a Senior Project Architect, you’ll lead multifamily residential projects from initial phases through completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, guide internal teams, and ensure that designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and constructability. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that each phase progresses smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers and architects.
Spearhead the architectural design and documentation process for multifamily housing projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep things on track. Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability requirements.

About You:
-Licensed Architect with 7-10+ years of experience in multifamily residential design
-Strong knowledge of Revit, building codes, permitting, and construction documentation.
-Experience managing consultants and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
-A passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality housing solutions that improve communities.
