Senior Architecture Project Manager – Industrial Sector
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $115,000 – $175,000

Konik is partnering with an integrated design firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial architecture and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, developing innovative design solutions, and achieving business growth. This position offers an opportunity to influence the firm’s market strategy while mentoring a team of professionals.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in project management, client engagement, and business development to drive growth in the industrial sector.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, supporting their growth and development within the firm.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans, establishing goals and tactics aligned with the firm’s national strategy.
• Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and RFP responses, collaborating with marketing and project teams.
• Represent the firm as a thought leader in the industry, attending client events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.
• Manage staffing needs, recruitment, and retention to support ongoing projects and future growth.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• 15+ years of project management experience in architecture or engineering, with industrial market experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or Engineering, professional licensure preferred.
• Expertise in project delivery, contract negotiation, and team leadership for large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• In-depth construction knowledge and understanding of various materials, construction methods, and project delivery models
• Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience
