Charlie & Co Design is a full-service, residential design firm established in 2008 that specializes in new homes, cabins, additions/remodels, and historic renovation projects.

We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Residential Project Manager / Designer position. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative studio environment on a wide variety of residential projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of residential experience. Applicants should have experience managing high-end residential projects and have a working knowledge of residential building construction and building systems.

Candidates should also be able to work closely with co-workers, clients, and contractors in developing and managing projects through all design phases, be team-oriented, and have good organizational and verbal communication skills. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in ARCHICAD or MicroStation is a plus but not required. Compensation is commensurate with experience and demonstrated knowledge.
