Charlie & Co Design is a full-service, residential design firm established in 2008 that specializes in new homes, cabins, additions/remodels, and historic renovation projects. We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Residential Project Manager/Designer position.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of residential experience. Applicants should have experience managing high-end residential projects and a working knowledge of residential building construction and building systems. Candidates should also be able to work closely with co-workers, clients, and contractors in developing and managing projects through all design phases, be team-oriented, and have good organizational and communication skills. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in ARCHICAD or MicroStation is a plus but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and demonstrated knowledge. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.
