Description

Charlie & Co Design is a full-service, architectural design firm established in 2008 that specializes in new homes, cabins, additions/remodels, and historic renovation projects. We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Residential Architectural Drafter / 3D Visualization Specialist. This position works directly with Project Designers and Principals on developing project designs at all phases of the projects.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience drafting residential Construction Documents and a knowledge of residential building techniques. Candidates must be team-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and have good graphic and verbal communication skills. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Lumion, MicroStation, or ArchiCAD is a plus but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and demonstrated knowledge. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation and PTO package.
