Description

Responsibilities:
• Lead Project Manager with on-site supervision and project coordination
• Obtain building permits required for construction projects
• Manage subcontractor schedules on new construction and remodeling projects
• Provide client updates and communication regarding project status
• Maintain project cleanliness and organization
• Ensure quality control standards are met on each project
• Attend and conduct client walk throughs, subcontractor walk throughs, and weekly progress meetings

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate to join our team who is outgoing, hardworking, passionate about what they do, a self-starter, has a strong creative side with an ability to think outside of the box, and is an excellent problem solver.
• Ability to read and understand floor plans and specifications
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Technical construction knowledge and hands on experience
• 10+ Years Residential Construction Project Management

The ideal candidate also has:
• Carpentry and/or trimming experience
• Experience in residential new construction and/or remodeling
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required (candidates without will be considered based on experience)
