Architectural Project Manager | St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $70K – $80K

Konik is partnering with a local architectural firm seeking to add an Architectural Project Manager to its team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural development of small to mid-sized commercial projects, from conceptual development to construction drawings and construction administration.

Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of remodel, retrofit, and upgrade projects.
• May have oversight of a small team.
• Utilize AutoCAD for conceptual development and construction documents
• Site Surveys and on-site Construction Administration
• Interface with clients, vendors, contractors, and local jurisdictions
• Code review

Architectural Project Manager Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of architectural experience with commercial projects
• Project Management experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is preferred
• Able and willing to travel nationally for site visits and assessments; comfortable moving and using a 10′ ladder
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
