Description

Want to be part of the design process from beginning to end? Progressive multi-dimensional St. Paul area firm seeks individual with 5+ years architectural experience to grow with us. Project work includes management of multiple concurrent projects with a preference of experience in retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Education:
• Minimum two-year degree in field of Architecture Skills:
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Experience working in Revit
• Project Management experience
• Interest in national travel, performing site surveys, and doing on-site construction review
• Background in construction trades is a benefit
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and adept at balancing multiple priorities
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• A good communicator and problem-solver

Responsibilities:
• Management of small to mid-sized projects
• Oversight of small project team when required
• Communication with Client
• Due diligence including code review and discussion of projects with local jurisdictions
• Development of conceptual drawings for Client approvals
• Development of construction drawings for bidding & jurisdictional approval
• Coordination of approval process
• Construction administration and coordination with construction
