Architectural Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $100,000 – $145,000

Konik is partnering with an integrated design firm seeking an Architectural Project Manager for civic, institutional, and public sector work. The Architectural Project Manager will be the primary point of contact with the client and ensure that the project meets the client’s needs, budget, and timeline.

Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Establishes project scope with client Prepare and negotiate client and subcontractor contracts, including fee proposals.
• Develop project schedules and plans and monitor the team’s progress
• Oversee project progress, ensuring deliverables meet technical QA/QC standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage scope changes for additional services.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate communication and coordinate billing and fee collection.

Architectural Project Manager Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on civic, institutional, and public sector work.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Strong time management and organizational skills across multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication abilities.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
