Description

MSR Design, a national award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Minneapolis, is seeking multiple architects | architectural designers to work on a wide variety of projects. We are seeking motivated individuals with curiosity and a passion for learning, strong technical skills in documentation and detailing, and interest in design as tracked through the ten measures of the AIA Framework for Design Excellence. Architects will be involved from concept design through construction completion of projects. We seek to hire individuals with a variety of backgrounds and the ability to work across multiple projects, who will thrive in our collaborative studio culture.

Required qualifications include:
• 7-12 years of experience in architectural design.
• Licensed (or actively pursuing architectural licensure).
• High proficiency in computer modeling and graphics tools including:
— Primarily Revit, Enscape, and Microsoft products.
— Secondarily Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, Sefaira, and ClimateStudio.
• Experience developing construction documents and guiding construction administration.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written skills to communicate and implement design principles.
• Experience assisting with client presentations, workshops, and meetings; communicating design ideas effectively; and addressing client feedback.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary range for this position is $75,000-95,000.
