Everyone knows that building plans must be submitted to local authorities for approval. But what REALLY matters to those who actually do the review? Get an insider’s look at what it takes to provide the proper content. This is a MUST-attend event for design and construction professionals, especially those who are tasked with doing the initial code analysis. C. Scott Anderson, architect and plan reviewer for the City of Minneapolis, will explain what happens during a code review and how it is used by Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)’s to determine compliance.
This course has been submitted to AIA CES for 1.5 HSW credits, pending final approval.
