Come tour the Perkins&Will Minneapolis Studio with the Emerging Professionals Committee. Their self-organizing studio is a playground for innovation – designed as a living laboratory and playful work in progress, it is a constantly evolving makerspace where they test new ideas for their clients and fluidly share work across their diverse disciplines and practices. They have collectively incubated ideas that have transformed into industry-changing standards, policies, master plans, environments, and buildings that are creating a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable future.
How to get there. With Perkins&Will being in the heart of Minneapolis, public transportation is encouraged. There are many bus routes that connect to the IDS and the light rail is also 2 blocks away. If taking a car, close parking options include the IDS Center garage, the Dayton’s project, and Gaviidae Commons.
