Architectural Technician

As an Architectural Technician you will design and document experiences across a variety of architecture projects- from traditional projects to custom niche designs. This is an opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a cross-functional and collaborative architecture and interiors team that works on standalone commercial architecture projects that create exceptional user experiences with design-driven projects. The work may include hospitality, corporate, and retail projects. The work will be fresh and exciting because no two projects are the same! The bulk of the work is unique, design-driven restaurant and hotel projects. If you enjoy working on hospitality projects, we’d love to hear from you!

This Architectural Technician Position:
The Architectural Technician should have an ability to create design development and construction document designs that bring ideas to life and tell a story that will impact the end users’ experience. Your Revit skills will help to draft and deliver creative, aesthetically pleasing designs for the boutique hospitality projects. About the Architectural Technician:
-Associates degree in drafting, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Master of Architecture degree
-3-10+ years of professional architecture drafting experience
-Proficient with Revit software
-Previous experience with restaurant or hospitality projects is a plus
-Ability to create architecture design development and construction documentation drawing sets
