Your Impact: As a cornerstone of our team, you’ll navigate through the entire project lifecycle, turning visions into reality. Your role is multifaceted – you’ll strategize project scheduling, craft budgets, and orchestrate project setups that set the stage for success.

Team Collaboration: In this role, collaboration is key. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of architects, interns, and technicians, fostering a spirit of teamwork to ensure all projects glide smoothly from conception to completion, staying on schedule and within budget. Your contribution will be instrumental in:
-Masterfully balancing budget, schedule, and quality
-Championing effective communication, ensuring quality control, and steering project delivery
-Skillfully managing agreements, aligning project scope, and coordinating with project participants
-Overseeing design services, aligning owner expectations, and synergizing with construction teams for project execution

Your Expertise: This role is perfect for an architectural maestro with a blend of managerial prowess and hands-on skills. We’re looking for:
-A rich history of 10+ years in commercial architecture, showcasing your growth and achievements
-Professional architectural registration, strongly preferred
-A track record of managing projects from the drawing board to the final brick, including experience with publicly bid projects
-Proficiency in Revit,
-A solid grasp of specifications
