The Alliiance Vibe
Founded in 1970, Alliiance transformed the historic Bovey Mansion near downtown Minneapolis into a studio space the reflects our practice and team-based design culture. Our hybrid work environment requires being in the office for a two day per week minimum. The office is a place of robust design discussions as well as fierce ping pong matches and summer lunchtime cookouts.
We proactively support the inherent value of a diverse practice and are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm and the community we serve.
