Architectural Job Captain Minnetonka, MN | Direct Hire | 90k – 110k Excellent growth opportunity for an Architectural Job Captain to join a small team dedicated to creating luxury Multi-family Housing and commercial projects.

In this role, you will create and manage drawing sets while collaborating with internal groups and external consultants.

Architectural Job Captain Responsibilities:
-Create and manage architectural drawings, details, and models in Revit for multi-family housing and commercial projects
-Collaborate with team members in architecture and construction as well as engineering consultants
-Produce schematic design, design development, and construction document sets
-Be a part of a small architectural group and wear many hats
-Assist with investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions
-Develop site plans
-Assist with graphic presentations
-Construction Administration tasks

Architectural Job Captain Qualifications:
-Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years of construction document development; previous multi-family housing experience is ideal
-Familiarity with building codes, AIA contracts and forms
-Excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with a multi-department at various organizational levels
-Proficiency with Revit
-Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
