Description

Christopher Strom Architects is looking for a candidate willing to take on the following responsibilities:

Office Organization:
• Organize and maintain the studio space, including office supplies and mail
• Organize and maintain the office calendar
• Maintain office contacts list
• Greet visitors
• Microsoft Office software experience required

Event Planning:
• Plan and coordinate one “open house” party per year
• Assist with annual home tour planning and organization
• Holiday party

Marketing Support:
• Assist with social media, award submissions, and website upkeep
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) knowledge and experience required

We have:
• A fun work environment! We do not take ourselves too seriously. We are passionate about design, LaCroix, and dogs. Additional interests include tacos, hockey, Star Wars, and cats.
• Flexible work schedule. This part-time position can be anywhere between 12 – 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours as the position grows in responsibility.
• In-person required
• The ideal candidate would start at 8:00 am every day to open the office

• Must have car for errands
• Graphic design experience preferred
•Prior experience working in a professional environment preferred
