We are pleased that you wish to learn more about having a Minnesota Design Team (MDT) visit to your community. As a first step, we encourage you to review the MDT Community Information document.
After you have reviewed the Information document, if you feel that an MDT visit might be a good fit for your community, download the MDT Community Workbook and the Community Application Review Form.
To apply for a visit, communities must read the workbook, complete the included application forms, and submit their completed application by the deadlines listed below.
Application Deadlines
Spring application deadline is August 15.
Fall application deadline is January 15.
