Weekend Meals and Receptions

Arrange to meet up and dine together with others!

Friday happy hour!
Enjoy appetizers and two hosted drinks at Zeitgeist.

Friday dinner.
This meal is not included in the registration fee this year. Reservations will be made at a handful of restaurants for LSDR attendees to have dinner together following the close of the Retreat. All food and beverages are the responsibility of those attending this meal. Spaces will be limited. Sign up will be available at the Retreat.

Saturday morning coffee and croissants. Enjoy coffee and a croissant sandwich from Duluth’s Best Bread at Zeitgeist starting at 7:45 am (included with your registration fee).

Saturday lunch. A box lunch for an additional $25 when you register is available on Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Zeitgeist. Lunch options include:

  • Italian club of salami, capicola, Italian ham, white cheddar, giardiniera aioli, lettuce, onion, tomato on a brioche bun with cookie, chips and pickles and a soda or soda water. (allergens: dairy, gluten, onion, nightshade) or…
  • Roasted red peppers and hummus on sour dough, olive tapenade, red onion, tomato, lettuce, olive oil, vegan aioli, cookie, chips and pickle and a soda or soda water (allergens: nightshade, garlic, gluten, onion, sesame)

Closing reception. Enjoy cheese and crackers and a glass of cider from Duluth Cidery at Zeitgeist.

Saturday dinner.
Saturday dinner is not included in the retreat. You can find a list of restaurants suggestions here to make dinner plans together or individually.

Optional Saturday Afternoon Activities

Optional Workshop: Practice Relaxation $20 pp

Unwind and recharge in our focused SomaYoga workshop designed to release stress and induce relaxation. Led by founders of the SomaYoga Methodology, this session combines gentle yoga movements, soothing breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. In just a brief timeframe, discover the power of SomaYoga to ease tension, promote relaxation, and leave you rejuvenated. Take a break, prioritize self-care, and join us for a tranquil journey toward stress release and ultimate relaxation. Led by Molly McManus, co-owner and lead faculty of Yoga North Duluth.
Note: The workshop occurs at the same time as the optional tour (see below).
