Ryan Siemers created this video on Minneapolis’ Clare Midtown, a 45-unit mixed-use building that provides permanent supportive housing for residents diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Developed by Clare Housing and designed by Cermak Rhoades Architects, the project was awarded the 2014 Affordable Housing Design Award by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Minnesota and the McKnight Foundation.
