There’s a common misperception that architects are the sole recipients of architecture awards. The fact is, architects know better than anyone else that award-winning design isn’t possible without visionary owners and organizational leaders to build and help shape it. So when the 2015 AIA Minnesota Honor Awards were announced in November, Architecture MN invited photographers Corey Gaffer and Peter VonDeLinde to make a video that celebrates the people who brought the winning projects into the world.
This video debuted at the AIA Minnesota Awards Gala at the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul in early December. Full coverage of the 2015 Honor Awards appear in the Mar/Apr 2016 issue of Architecture MN.
