The Itasca in Minneapolis, MN, designed by John Cuningham, FAIA, and John Quiter, AIA, of Cuningham Group Architecture, is the recipient of the prestigious 2009 AIA Minnesota 25-Year Award. The Itasca, a historic building with 305,000 square feet within the Warehouse District in Minneapolis, was transformed into a mixed-use facility made up of office spaces and condominiums.
