RAVE Awards
Five residential architecture projects by Minnesota architects have been selected for this year’s Residential Architects Vision and Excellence (RAVE) Awards. The RAVE program, in its ninth year, was created by AIA Minnesota and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine to recognize excellence in residential design and raise awareness of the benefits of using an architect. Forty submissions were entered in different categories including new and remodeled homes, large and small sizes and budgets. See the RAVE 2012 Press Release (pdf).
The winners were recognized at an event at International Market Square on May 1st.

The jury (pictured at right) was comprised of Linda Ostberg,
The Ostberg Architects; Gunter Dittmar, Professor of Architecture at the University of Minnesota; John Cook, AIA, HGA Architects; and Jennifer Kramer, Home Editor, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. Look for the RAVE feature in the July issue of Home Magazine, a quarterly publication of MplsSt.Paul.
Projects and architect interview will also be featured on www.raveawards.org starting June 20, 2012.
