If you come across someone you’re interested in, you can either see their resume (if they’ve posted one); or enter your name, company name, phone number, and email address so they may contact you.
Another great resource, The Talent Pool, has been created by AIA Minnesota’s Members in Transition Group. The Talent Pool is a quick glance skill-set spreadsheet intended for use by firm principals looking to hire. The spreadsheet lists only AIA Minnesota members who are currently unemployed and participating on the Members in Transition group.
