||Meyer Borgman Johnson is seeking an experienced professional to produce structural contract documents using Revit Structure.

•Certificate in AutoCAD or Revit training from a recognized 2-year Junior College or Technical Institute.
•A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit in the A/E industry.
•Proficiency with the latest version of Revit.
•Experience with Tekla Structures and/or interoperability between Revit and other software is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Work with engineering team members to produce quality construction documents that effectively communicate the design.
•Maintain quality control of model content as model develops through various design phases.
•Manage interaction of multiple modelers or detailers in a single project model.
•Incorporate and coordinate design information into the plans, details and schedules.
• Adhere to MBJ drafting/modeling standards and communicate them to the MBJ project team.
•Proactively coordinate and communicate critical information to clients.
•Be accountable for the integrity of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) information provided to the engineering team, consultants, or clients.
•Thorough comprehension of parametric object-based modeling components.
•Good working knowledge of structural systems, construction details, and procedures is essential.
•Experience with creating custom families, model components and detail components.
•Competency modeling, detailing, parametric scheduling as required to produce a complete set of contract documents.
•Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to set priorities and manage competing demands for multiple project deadlines.
•Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems with the design team.
•Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
