This is a significant leadership opportunity for a principal level candidate who is interested in joining the leadership team of an award winning Minneapolis architectural firm. The successful candidate will be involved in marketing and business development as well as project design and management working directly with clients and staff. This position has the potential to join others in having an equity position.
The firm has 30 years of history working with many distinguished public and private clients in Minneapolis and throughout the Midwest. They have won numerous architectural and interior design awards by following their philosophy of providing good design while meeting budget and schedules. They have also developed a reputation as a leader in energy conservation and sustainability.
Their practice includes new and adaptive reuse projects in multiple practice sectors including: municipal buildings, public works maintenance facilities, retail, K-12 (public and charter), higher education (private and public), religious facilities and historic preservation. They provide full architectural services including pre-design and programming, cost estimating, interior design, ADA evaluation, master planning, construction administration, owner representation, condition assessment reports and feasibility studies. The firm often works on projects with $30 million construction budgets.
