•Experience in high-end residential with an emphasis on very accurate & detailed CAD drawings.
•Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills
•Accurate, team player, friendly and engaging, high level of listening skill, and open / constant communicator.
•Experience with Photoshop and 3D modeling are a positive.
•Enthusiastic, respectful, friendly, and non-egotistical personality traits are a must.
