||This position operates out of an office environment, with occasional exposure to construction sites.
Planning services within CPPM consists of capital planning, campus master planning, architectural review and design guidance, space analysis and management and project planning. The Assistant Director assists in planning, directing, supervising and coordinating planning activities and staff performs professional planning work; and is accountable for related responsibilities as required. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Planning, Space and Architecture and provides support to the Director and other CPPM leadership. The successful Assistant Director will have demonstrated knowledge of at least two of the primary planning services.
