Brief Posting Description
Supervise and direct all planning and scheduling activities of project through application of diversified controls, systems, principles and practices.
Detailed Description
Plan, coordinate, supervise and direct all planning and scheduling activities, provide administrative and technical direction of staff, assessment of employee and department performance, and personnel administration activities
Interface/maintain relationship with project management, client, and subcontractors
Ensure that corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented and that all project related activities comply
Required Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem solving skills required
Requires four-year degree plus seven years similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent
Advanced degree and/or professional engineer registration is desired
Primavera P6 or other scheduling software
Degree Required: BS Civil, Construction Mgm
Desired Skills: Primavera P6, PE, construction management, scheduling, process flow
