Description: PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years of web development, graphic design and/or related experience, including: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Art, Graphic Design, or Marketing preferred · Responsive web design and strong eye for graphic design, layout, color and typography · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite · Designer should be creative, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and should have a proven ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the design, development and updates, and maintenance of the JLG main website and division websites the coordination and preparation of proposals and interview presentations in a deadline-driven environment; as well as the design of various marketing pieces. including, but not limited to: · Web design o Produce main JLG website/division sub-sites and update content on a regular basis per direction from the Marketing Director o Provide web support to users and respond to user feedback, requests, and maintain an engaging user interface and design standards o Conduct QA/QC and bug testing o Develop JLG iPhone application and update on a regular basis · Graphic design o Create, update and produce postcards, advertising, brochures, office graphics and other printed pieces o Work with Marketing Director to review RFQ/RFPs and develop an outline based on client requirements o Develop, maintain, organize, research, and prepare proposal submittals, presentations, and templates o Contact and compile content from outside consultants o Manage internal schedules, proposal team assignments, and review process to meet deadlines o With Marketing Director, facilitate presentation dry runs with team o Create and compile interview handouts and other leave-behinds o Coordinate the delivery of presentation equipment; or, when appropriate, attend the presentation to set up and take down equipment o Update proposal and presentation graphics and format to the newest trends and technologies, as well as to best present information visually and data conceptually o Update/maintain project database and template files, including resumes, project sheets and other marketing collateral o Update master contract and other government-related proposal files
